SEASON 1 - JUNE 30TH PATCH TIER LIST
Ilios Control Map

Introduction

Ilios is an extremely fast paced map with three different stages. In competitive, it's a best out of five with the first three being all the maps, and the last two being random. each map does favor certain heroes over others, so we've split up the tier list into three parts based on the map.

General Tips

  1. These maps are extremely fast paced, which make offense heroes extremely powerful compared to defensive types other than Junkrat and Mei.
  2. Tracer works very well on control maps due to her fast paced movement, which allows her to reach objectives faster than others.
  3. Double tank is preferred to control the point while the rest of the team runs around flanking enemies charging into the objective..

Explanations

Tracer [God Tier] - On this map, Tracer works exceedingly well since her fast paced hit-and-run is excellent for keeping off the enemy crosshairs in this melee. Additionally, her ultimate is excellent for quickly getting in, clearing the objective area, and getting out.

Reaper [God Tier] - Similar to Tracer, Reaper is excellent on this map for his close range melee abilities, and his ultimate is great for massive multi-kills inside the objective room.

Winston [God Tier] - Winston's increase mobility and ability to knock people off the ledges with his ultimate makes him slightly better than Reinhardt on this map.

Explanations

Roadhog [God Tier] - This map is extremely good for Roadhog, as a pull from the edge of the well almost always guarantees an instant fall death for heroes without jumps available. He also has plenty of spots to hide behind, and excels in taking down offensive heroes rounding corners.
